Allergy Testing
Nasal congestion, runny nose, itchy nose, sneezing and tearing are the hallmarks of nasal allergies. These allergies may be related to animals, feathers, dust, mold, or pollen. It is vital to undergo testing to determine the exact allergen and then institute directed therapy.
Before planning an allergy visit, please refrain from using any nasal sprays, antihistamines sedatives or tranquilizers for 48 hours prior to the visit. Antihistamines would otherwise mask and invalidate the testing.
